AIIMS 2025 Group B and C Job Registration: Open for Over 2,300 Positions; Examine Details, Qualifications, and Application Procedures

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has announced the opening of applications for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) 2025. This centralised hiring initiative aims to fill over 2,300 Group B and C posts across AIIMS campuses and Central Government hospitals.

**Eligibility Criteria**

The basic eligibility criteria for AIIMS CRE 2025 vary by post, but generally, candidates must have a matriculation certificate or other specified qualifications for different posts. Specific educational qualifications and age criteria are typically outlined in the advertisement for each post.

**Application Process and Deadlines**

The application process for AIIMS CRE 2025 started on July 12, 2025, and will close on July 31, 2025, by 5:00 PM. The application status will be announced on August 7, 2025. The application fee for General/OBC candidates is Rs 3000, and for SC/ST/EWS candidates, it is Rs 2400. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempted from paying the fee.

**Exam Pattern**

The AIIMS CRE 2025 will be conducted through a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with a total of 400 marks and a duration of 90 minutes. The CBT will have questions in the domains of Domain-specific Knowledge (80 marks), General Knowledge & Aptitude (20 marks). There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer.

The exam will be divided into five sections, each with 20 questions and a time limit of 18 minutes. Candidates will not be allowed to backtrack during the exam.

**Selection Process**

The selection process for the CRE 2025 includes a CBT, Skill Test (if required), Document Verification, and a Final Merit List for institute allocation. The CBT is scheduled for August 25-26, 2025 (tentatively). The Skill Test dates will be announced later.

**Additional Information**

Exam centres will be located in major states and UTs of India, subject to applications. Admit cards will be available for download from the official website 3 days before the exam.
