In the 4th-5th Grade category, Rosemary Stallings from Panama City, Florida, took the top spot. Her winning piece was a tribute to her great uncle, Brig. Gen. John Bissonnette.

Anna Johnson, also from Chantilly, won the 6th-8th Grade category. Her submission highlighted her experiences growing up in an Army family. Meanwhile, Cassidy Montgomery, a college student from Lees Summit, Missouri, won the Undergraduate Students category. Her artwork represented her family's military service.

The winners of the 9th-12th Grade category and the specific schools they attend were not detailed in the provided search results.
