In a recent presentation, the Head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, expressed his confidence in the success of projects presented by participants of the "Yakutia - Zemlya Geroyev" program. This regional initiative is a continuation of the federal project "Vremya Geroyev," launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The program is a key project for forming a new management culture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Participants work alongside federal moderators, regional speakers, and members of the republic's government, learning the ropes of leadership and governance.

These participants have gone through a harsh school of life, having served at the front. Their experience and energy, according to Nikolaev, will bring real benefit to the republic. The internship stage of the program, part of the kadrovaya program "Yakutia - Zemlya Geroyev," provides conditions for professional growth and career development for those who have shown themselves in difficult conditions.

The projects presented by the participants span various fields, including modernizing the Emergency Service, improving northern supplies, deep coal processing, and restoring cultural heritage sites. Many of these projects are aimed at creating conditions for independent work and earnings for people in the region.

Nikolaev emphasized the importance of effectively using the region's resources to foster such opportunities. He also highlighted that all these initiatives are united by responsibility and loyalty to duty. The participants are learning not only for themselves but also for those boys who, unfortunately, are no longer with us, implying a sense of responsibility to fallen comrades.

From September 23 to October 22, program participants will undergo internships in local self-government bodies and state structures in 15 districts and urban districts of Yakutia. The specific participants in these internship phases are not publicly disclosed.

During the presentation, Nikolaev expressed his confidence in the success of the projects presented by the participants and reiterated their potential to bring real benefit to the republic. He concluded by stating that these initiatives are a testament to the resilience and determination of Yakutia's future leaders.
