Completed Training with Excellence
In Baden-Württemberg, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism, led by Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, emphasizes the importance of successful training for launching a career. The ministry supports trainees and businesses through the 'Successfully Trained' project, coordinated by the state-wide coordination office at the Consulting and Economic Promotion Society for Crafts and SMEs GmbH (BWHM GmbH). This office develops branch-specific offers for training quality and provides exchange and further training for training accompaniers.
Training accompaniers play a crucial role in stabilizing training relationships, reducing contract terminations, and supporting trainees and trainers. The 'Successfully Trained' program currently supports 30 accompaniers at 17 carriers across the state.
On September 11, 2025, the Association of Teachers at Vocational Schools in Baden-Württemberg held a press conference, discussing pressure on vocational schools and unaddressed long-standing issues. The 'Successfully Trained' program was mentioned in the press release, highlighting its role in supporting vocational training.
For public inquiries, the ministry has a Citizen's Representative, and for media inquiries, a Press Office. The ministry's website provides contact information for both.
The Training Alliance Baden-Württemberg aims to strengthen vocational orientation and ensure high-quality training, aligning with the 'Successfully Trained' program's efforts to promote the success of vocational training in Baden-Württemberg.
