Empowerment, growth, and innovation sparked at the Women Leadership Conclave in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The 4th Women Leadership Conclave 2025, hosted by the Indore Management Association (IMA), took place at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Over 400 women professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders attended the event, which celebrated women's leadership, resilience, and vision.
The theme of the conclave was "leadership, opportunities, and entrepreneurship". Speakers at the event stressed the importance of self-awareness, authenticity, and responsibility. Tanya Nambiar, for example, encouraged attendees to be true to themselves and their values. Ashwin Anand emphasized the need for empathy, risk-taking, and a strong sense of purpose.
Nikita Kumawat highlighted the importance of learning from failure and building globally recognized Indian brands. Geetanjali J. Angmo blended entrepreneurship with cultural philosophies, promoting sustainable education and eco-friendly growth. Lakshmi R. Iyer urged clarity, persistence, and confidence for achieving happiness-driven success.
Prachi Mohapatra shared her journey from rural Odisha to global cybersecurity leadership, inspiring others with her determination and hard work. Aanchal Dhara encouraged attendees to love themselves and dream big. Shanti Valluri Gandhi emphasized curiosity, data-driven leadership, and embracing failures.
Ishita Moitra celebrated storytelling as power, while Vaishali Waghle urged problem-solving as the true path to growth. The conclave also featured sessions on finance, marketing, entertainment, sustainability, and management.
One of the most discussed topics at the conclave was "Zero-Rape Cities". Karuna Gopal Vartakavi, a speaker at the event, envisioned "Zero-Rape Cities" and emphasized sustainable, women-sensitive urban design. The speech on this topic was delivered by Dr. Sushma Shree, the founder of "SafeCity Initiative".
The event concluded with renewed energy, inspiration, and a call to action for women leaders nationwide. Good News! Solapur-Mumbai and Solapur-Bengaluru flights are scheduled to start on October 15.
