The young explorers, most of whom were accompanied by their fathers, ventured through the picturesque landscapes, observing various birds like blue tits, great tits, sparrows, coal tits, and butterflies such as the small tortoiseshell or peacock. Schieder explained the diversity of the observed wildlife and answered questions about bats and wild plants, pointing out St. John's wort, weidenröschen, field scabious, and warning against the poisonous common ragwort. After the two-hour walk, the group returned to the kindergarten, where they were welcomed by kindergarten director Veronika Rupprecht and the parents' council.
Meanwhile, in the world of sports, Tyler Ward, a Canadian forward for the Blue Devils Weiden, scored a dream goal against Kaufbeuren in a game on Friday evening. His contribution of three goals led his team to a 4:3 victory.
