Guide for Summer 2019

Princeton University offers a wide range of summer opportunities for students, with programmes catering to various interests and academic pursuits. Here are some of the notable summer programmes available at the university.

The Princeton Summer Journalism Program is a fully-funded initiative designed for high-achieving, low-income juniors interested in journalism. Participants learn from real reporters, build writing skills, and receive college preparation support at no cost. This programme is unique as it offers underrepresented students a chance to experience Princeton’s academic environment during the summer.

For those seeking international experiences, Princeton's International Internship Program (IIP) offers hundreds of 8-week unpaid international internships all over the world. Deadline for applications is December 5th. The Princeton in France programme matches students with jobs in France to build their language skills, also with a deadline of December 5th.

The Streickers International Fellows Program allows students to design their own international internship with a host organization of their choice.
