Gymnasium No. 68 Celebrates 31 Students' DSD I Success
Gymnasium No. 68 recently honoured 31 students who successfully completed the DSD I exam, a significant step towards earning the German Language Diploma at level B1. The ceremony marked the culmination of months of intensive preparation by the students and their teachers.
The DSD I exam, held annually in March, consists of written and oral parts. This year's participants faced their fears and challenges, with Kamila Kalishuk overcoming her fear of failure and Ekaterina Schegay tackling the differences between A2 and B1 exam formats. Kamila found the daily practice of creating model sentences inspiring, while Ekaterina sought help from German volunteers to improve her speaking skills. Both students offered advice for future examinees: do not underestimate oneself and prepare diligently.
The results of the DSD I exam are not yet official, but the students can look forward to receiving their certificates in September.
