Industry and Academia Unite at VELS HR Conclave 2025 to Mold Tomorrow's Workforce
Vels University, ranked in the 101-150 band of the NIRF 2024 Rankings, recently hosted the HR Conclave 2025 at its VISTAS campus in Chennai. This prestigious event brought together HR professionals, industry experts, faculty members, and students for meaningful engagement and insightful discussions.
The VISTAS community, boasting over 15,000 students and more than 700 experienced faculty members, was the perfect setting for the event. Organised by the university's Career Advancement Cell, the HR Conclave 2025 aimed to bridge the gap between campus and corporate by introducing the 'VIBE' concept (Vision, Integrity, Belief, and Execution) as a strategic framework.

The integration of innovative approaches like Design Thinking was highlighted to enhance problem-solving and creativity in learning and professional growth. This approach, traditionally used in product design, is now being adopted into teaching methodologies, curriculum development, administration, and student engagement at VISTAS.
