The Sparkasse Schwaben-Bodensee, a leading financial institution, has announced a training program for young bank employees in 2025. This opportunity is open to individuals of any gender and offers a varied and challenging experience with a focus on learning by doing.
The apprenticeship is for a bank clerk position and involves direct contact with private and corporate clients. Enthusiasm for comprehensive customer consulting, sociability, joy in dealing with people, self-initiative, and teamwork skills are necessary for this role. A confident and friendly appearance is also desired.
Successfully passing the final exam earns a bonus of €400.00. The remuneration is attractive and follows the collective agreement. The first-year salary is €1,343.20 gross, the second-year salary is €1,389.02 gross (as of 01.04.2025), and the third-year salary is €1,452.59 gross.
In addition to the competitive salary, the benefits package includes a company pension scheme of €40.00 per month, a year-end bonus, and a subsidy for public transportation. Regular apprentice events are part of the benefits, providing opportunities for networking and skill development.
The apprenticeship includes 30 days of vacation and internal lessons that deepen vocational school lessons and establish the connection between theory and practice. Vocational school provides theoretical knowledge, while practical training is provided at the workplace.
