Intrepid Metals Appoints Evelyn Cox as VP Corporate Development
Intrigued Metals Corp, a TSXV-listed company (TSXV: INTR, OTCQB: IMTCF), has appointed Evelyn Cox as Vice President Corporate Development. Cox brings over two decades of experience in the mining sector, with a focus on corporate communications, development, marketing, and finance.
Cox, who holds a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia, joined Intrepid Metals in April 2021 as a Corporate Communications consultant. Since then, she has played an active role in advancing the company's corporate strategy.
Before her role at Intrepid Metals, Cox contributed to several junior mining companies, including Liberty Gold Corp, Excelsior Mining Corp, and Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Her extensive experience in the public markets makes her a valuable addition to the Intrepid Metals team.
Intrepid Metals is focused on exploring for high-grade essential metals in southeastern Arizona, USA. The company has acquired or has agreements to acquire several drill-ready projects, such as the Corral Copper Project and the Tombstone South Project. Cox's appointment is expected to drive the company's corporate development efforts forward.
Intrepid Metals Corp has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants to purchase 1,750,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.445 per share. With Cox's appointment as Vice President Corporate Development, the company is poised to strengthen its position in the mining sector.
