On that fateful day, a total of 4,589 participants were at it nationwide, with 323 hailing from the capital. This grand testing festival takes place at 46 testing centers across the country. For years, the most sought-after combination has been 'Mathematics-Physics', with 16.5% of applicants eyeing engineering, teaching, energy, construction, and other technical fields. The second most popular preference, at 15.6%, is 'Biology-Chemistry', which inherently caters to future medical professionals, followed closely by 'Mathematics-Informatics', luring IT enthusiasts with a 9.7% share.

The UNT consists of three mandatory and two optional subjects. The exam includes 120 tasks for a maximum score of 140. Applicants have 4 hours (240 minutes) to complete the test, with 40 additional minutes offered to children with special educational needs.

For any issues related to the content of the test tasks, complaints can be lodged within 30 minutes following the test, or during the exam for technical malfunctions. The coveted certificate displaying the results will be available online post the appeal review.

Threshold scores for admission remain unchanged, with law and pedagogical science aspirants required to score a minimum of 75 points, a minimum of 70 points for healthcare and social security (medicine) students, while national universities require a minimum of 65 points, and other universities require a minimum of 50 points.
