Lev Dubogryzov, a Krasnodar local, has made history by scoring a perfect 100 on the Unified State Exam (USE). This impressive achievement earned him the title of the first student from Krasnodar to effortlessly conquer the exam's toughest subjects—math and informatics.
Math Wunderkind
Lev's journey began at the city's Lyceum No.4, where his immense talent in mathematics quickly surfaced. Over the years, he has earned a whopping 20-plus achievements in various math competitions, catching the attention of both educators and fellow students.
With a mind for competitions, Lev also studies at the city's municipal institution for Olympiad Mathematics, affectionately known as "Malaya Akademiya.” Interestingly, the institution was first built in 1988 to train young math prodigies, emulating the renowned Soviet mathematics school.
A Future in Applied Mathematics and Informatics
With his sights set on the future, Lev aims to pursue a career in applied mathematics and informatics. This passion for these subjects, combined with his impressive academic background, sets him on course for a promising future in the world of STEM.
Today, 64 bright-eyed graduates in Krasnodar can boast perfect scores on the USE—a testament to years of hard work, as well as the dedication of their teachers and parents. Krasnodar Mayor Eugene Naumov took to social media to express his congratulations to these young achievers, wishing them continued success in all areas of life.
