Landshut Students: Apply Now for School Travel Subsidies by Oct 31
Students in the Landshut district, attending specific schools and living more than three kilometers away, can apply for travel subsidies. The Landkreis Landshut manages these applications. The deadline for the 2024/2025 school year is October 31, 2025.
Applications must be submitted online via the myVIA portal at https://schulweg.landkreis-landshut.de/. Paper requests are not accepted. For Germany ticket costs, students must provide proof of the ticket and receipts for monthly subscription costs. Free school transport is available for students from grade 11 and vocational schools. Late requests will not be considered.
Students eligible for travel subsidies in the Landshut district should submit their requests by October 31 of the respective calendar year. Failure to meet the deadline may result in the request not being considered. For more information, students can contact the Landratsamt Landshut.
