In a significant development for medical education, a new Simulation-Accreditation Center has been established in the Nikolayevsk-on-Amur branch of the Makarov Medical College. This center, along with "Nursing Care" and "Medical Care" training labs, was funded by regional government authorities and educational grants, amounting to 9.5 million rubles.

The center, initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of the national project "Longevity and Active Life," is equipped with 154 units of specialized equipment and modern simulation mannequins. These resources aim to provide practical, hands-on learning experiences for future medical professionals.

The platform for training in Nikolayevsk-on-Amur includes seven classrooms, each named to reflect specific areas of medical practice. These include "Medical and Social Care and Rehabilitation," "Organization of Obstetric and Gynecological Assistance and Neonatology," "Technology of Medical Services," "Reanimation and Intensive Care, Surgery, and Clinical Discipline Propedeutics."

The Simulation-Accreditation Center is designed to be accessible to medical workers of the Nikolayevsk Central District Hospital, allowing them to utilize the department's facilities for qualification improvement courses. The chief nurse of the hospital, Natalia Delnova, emphasized this accessibility, stating that it would greatly benefit the hospital's staff and the patients they serve.

Interestingly, the Makarov Medical College Branch in Komsomolsk-on-Amur does not form part of this training platform. However, the classrooms in the Komsomolsk-on-Amur branch serve as practical teaching aids for future medical professionals, offering adaptable spaces to meet student needs.

It's worth noting that a separate news article mentions the acquisition of advanced equipment for the Khabarovsk Perinatal Center, but no specific details about this acquisition were provided in the current paragraph.

Overall, the opening of the Simulation-Accreditation Center in Nikolayevsk-on-Amur marks a significant step forward in medical education, providing future medical professionals with the resources and practical experiences they need to excel in their fields.
