My Thesis in 180 Seconds: French Winner to Present at International Final in Bucharest

The 11th international final of 'My Thesis in 180 Seconds' is set for October 2, 2025, in Bucharest, Romania. The event, organized by the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and supported by various international committees, will see Ondine Simonot-Bénger, the 2025 national winner from France, present her thesis.

Simonot-Bénger, who won the French round, will deliver her thesis titled 'Social cognition, emotions, and fiction: theaters as a laboratory for cognitive sciences' at the international final. The final will commence at 3 pm local time (2 pm French time) and will be broadcast live on YouTube. Her performance in the French final is already available on the contest's YouTube channel for those eager to see her presentation.

The international final will award three jury prizes and one public prize. The French organization involved in organizing the event is the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique).
