A fresh wave of experts hits Ardex
June 3, 2025, seen a shake-up at Ardex. Welcome Michael Wemmers and Timo Köpke, experienced whizzes in the art of application technology, who embarked on their Ardex journey at the start of the year. After a rigorous onboarding, they're now getting their hands dirty in consulting and training for the celebrated construction chemicals manufacturer - Michael Wemmers in the tile/construction realm, Timo Köpke in the floor/wall/ceiling sphere.
Michael Wemmers
Michael Wemmers, a seasoned spirit aged 50, bolsters the application technology team in the tile/construction field. His impressive resume spans his own tiling business in Düsseldorf and Erkrath. As a master craftsman in the tiling, paving, and mosaic trade, he's no stranger to Ardex products, having used them frequently over the years. His experience on the construction site equips him perfectly for the challenges at hand.
Timo Köpke
Timo Köpke, a sprightly 36-year-old, is an application technician for the floor/wall/ceiling domain. Before diving into the Ardex pool, he hoisted sails as a master painter and varnisher. Most recently, he served as a trainer and coordinator for the workshop and sales division at the public service of the city of Essen, where he aimed to nurture vocational guidance. With Ardex, Timo aims to amplify the training and consulting competency, fostering practical exchange with the skilled trade.
Training and consulting at the ready
Welcoming these new faces on board on January 1, Ardex wasted no time in prepping them for the task at hand. Now, they're primed to take the reins at the ARDEXacademy as well as trade fairs and customer events. On top of that, they're on standby for technical consultations for skilled trades, specialist trade, and partners.
