In an impressive display of creativity and dedication, Class 10bR of the Brothers Grimm School in Neu-Isenburg has made a significant impact in raising awareness about grandparent scams. The class participated in the "#GrandpaScams" competition organised by the Hessian Police, with the aim of educating seniors and helping them recognise the dangers of such scams.

The students' hard work paid off, as they achieved an impressive 18th place statewide in the competition. Their contribution could potentially make them the "#GrandpaScamHeroes". To create their awareness-raising projects, they developed a comic, a card game, and a stop-motion film, all focused on the methods of tricksters.

The Hessian Police, led by Police Commissioner Marco Gonnermann, commended the students for their efforts and offered them an exclusive tour of the South East Hesse Police Headquarters in Offenbach. During their visit, the students presented their project and discussed further measures for fraud prevention with experts from the E4 department of the police.

The Brothers Grimm School is proud of the engagement of its students in the "#GrandpaScams" competition. The school stated that the students contributed to enlightenment and prevention with their creative ideas. As a token of appreciation, special thanks were given to the Hessian Police for organising the competition and to Police Commissioner Marco Gonnermann for his support.
