A 21-year-old Japanese individual, Ayumi Kunori, has been selected as the 2015 Group 'CEO for One Month' for the world's leading HR solutions provider. This unique opportunity will see Ayumi working alongside Group CEO Alain Dehaze for a month, from September 15 to October 15.

The 'CEO for One Month' initiative is a programme that provides young people with the chance to step into the shoes of a CEO for a short period, typically a month. The goal of such programmes is to give youth real-world leadership experience, develop work skills, and expose them to high-level business decision-making.

This multinational company, with a turnover of €20 billion and 32,000 employees in 60 countries, offers a wealth of opportunities for Ayumi to learn and grow. In 2015, the company's 'our Experiences' provided over 2,000 internships and apprenticeships to young people worldwide.

Ayumi reached the final top 5 in the 'CEO for One Month' competition and was eventually selected as the winner. She is exceptionally flair for business, creativity, and entrepreneurship, standing out for her authenticity, humbleness, great empathy, and readiness to take on big challenges.

Ayumi's role will include participating in international business reviews, public events, and client meetings. Alain Dehaze, the Group CEO, congratulated Ayumi on her success and expressed his excitement about working with her, believing she truly represents the real essence of the 'CEO for One Month' initiative.

The company also offers a comprehensive Way to Work™ programme, which provides career guidance and work-based training opportunities. At the end of her 'internship', Ayumi Kunori will be offered a job within the company.

This opportunity is part of the company's ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent and providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the business world. Previous 'CEO for One Month' participants have demonstrated passion, a strong purpose, and outstanding performance.
