Police take action

The division number 8 police, following a complaint from the superintendent of the deputy commissioner's office, have registered an FIR on Monday. The school property had previously been under investigation by a committee that was established by the DC. Upon completion of their investigation, the committee's report was submitted, and subsequently, the matter was sent to the police for filing of an FIR.

Searches on premises reveal irregularities

During a search of the school premises near Dandi Swami Chowk, it was found that the management was leasing out staff quarters and classrooms. These findings reinforce the accusations of the commercial misuse of school grounds.

Penalties loom

The FIR has been registered under Section 318 (4) (cheating) of the BNS against the school management. With this new development, the management may face severe consequences for their actions. 🚨

This is the second FIR against the school management in the past five months. The division number 5 police booked the management of New Higher Secondary School in Sarabha Nagar back in January for similar charges involving fraud and commercially exploiting land allotted for the school. 📝
