Taaleem Holdings PJSC Reports Strong Growth in H1 2024/25
Taaleem Holdings PJSC, a leading player in the UAE's education sector, has announced impressive growth figures for the six months ending February 2025. The company's strategic acquisitions and expansion efforts have contributed to this double-digit growth, with Taaleem's operational revenues reaching AED 648.8 million for the period.
One of the key acquisitions made by Taaleem was Lycée Libanais Francophone, a move that significantly boosted their presence in the UAE market. This acquisition, coupled with ongoing expansion efforts, led to a 28.7% increase in Taaleem's total capacity during H1 2024/25. The company now operates 34 schools and four nurseries, providing a total of 55,292 seats under the Charter Schools contract.
The premium segment of Taaleem recorded a 77.0% utilisation rate, while the overall utilisation rate for the company increased to 74.4%. This growth was primarily driven by a 18.8% increase in enrolment within the premium schools segment, which in turn fueled the rise in operational revenues.
Khalid Al Tayer, Chairman of Taaleem, attributed the company's sustained momentum to these strategic acquisitions and expansions. He expressed confidence in Taaleem's continued upward trajectory and stated that the company remains well-positioned to strengthen its role in the UAE's education sector while enhancing its operational and financial outlook for the remainder of the year.
With these strong financial results, Taaleem welcomed 3,156 additional students during H1 2024/25, bringing the total number of students under its care to a remarkable figure.
