Taxado Launches to Fill Tax & Audit Jobs Amid Labor Shortage
Taxado, a new recruiting tool, has entered the market amidst a labor shortage, particularly in the tax and audit sectors. Founded by Wolfgang Deutschmann at the end of 2023, Taxado aims to connect firms struggling with recruitment to skilled workers.
Taxado introduced a flat rate for job postings based on the fair use principle. The platform offers more than just a job portal, acting as an all-in-one solution for firm recruiting. It launched with several specialized tools to facilitate connections between firms and job seekers.
As of now, around 150 to 200 firms use Taxado for their recruiting needs. The platform has registered around 7,000 skilled workers, with approximately 2,000 open to changing firms. Despite the interest, the search results do not provide information about which companies have decided to use the recruiting tool since its founding.
Taxado has evolved to also focus on educating firms on attracting and managing the next generation of talent. With a flat rate for job postings and a user base of skilled workers, Taxado is poised to help tax firms navigate the tight labor market.
