He is currently meeting with Vought to decide which federal agencies to cut and whether those cuts will be temporary or permanent. Republicans in Congress are handing over power to the president, while Democrats criticise the lack of checks on presidential power.

Graham, provides insights into this ultraright-wing political plan associated with the Heritage Foundation and its ties to Trump's 2024 campaign. Despite Trump's previous denials, his close ties to many of the project's authors are now undeniable.
