Oberlin College students now have a more convenient and cost-effective option for paying their tuition and fees, thanks to a partnership with Convera GlobalPay for Students. This service allows students to make payments without the stress and uncertainty of bank charges and offers competitive exchange rates.
The 2025-26 Academic Year Tuition Policy is currently in effect, and students have several payment options to choose from. Payments can be made in cash, check, online, or through the Student Account Center. However, payments are not accepted by phone.
For international students, payments can be made via Convera GlobalPay for Students, which offers a wide selection of popular payment methods in various home countries. A small convenience fee will be charged for payment with a credit card. Checks sent via a trackable service are recommended for payments made via 529.
Cash payments can be made at the Student Accounts Office, Carnegie Building, #122, between 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All students must have their accounts paid in full or be enrolled in one of Oberlin's payment plans by the first day of enrollment.
