Velenko Novgorod hosts a high-tech tournament: players from Yakutia compete as representatives
Two students from Yakutia, Stepan Vasjutkin and Pavel Belonogin, are participating in the High-Tech Championship, which is part of the nationwide professional skills championship 'Professionals.' The event took place in Veliky Novgorod on September 17.
Stepan Vasjutkin, a 9th grader at the Polytechnic Lyceum in the Mirny District, is competing in the 'Collaborative Industrial Robotics Specialist using AI Tools' skill category. This category was included in the High-Tech Championship due to high industry demand for automation. To succeed in this category, participants need mastery of engineering skills, programming languages, and the ability to apply AI tools.
Pavel Belonogin, a student at the Neryungri Medical College, is participating in the 'Personalized Health-Preserving Technologies' skill category. His task involves demonstrating deep medical knowledge, mastery of modern equipment, and ethical and effective patient interaction. One of Pavel's modules involves conducting an interactive session on rehabilitation.
A total of 144 contestants are competing in 15 innovative skill categories. Yesterday, the participants familiarized themselves with the venues and prepared for the competition. Today, the participants will begin the competitive tasks in the High-Tech Championship.
The High-Tech Championship is organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and the main theme of this year's competition is ensuring national security and utilizing dual-use technologies. Yakutia is represented by two participants in the High-Tech Championship. The name of Stepan Vasjutkin's teacher at the Polytechnic Lyceum in the Mirny District is not publicly available.
The High-Tech Championship is an opportunity for young talents to showcase their skills and gain recognition in their respective fields. As the competition progresses, we look forward to seeing the innovative solutions and ideas presented by the participants.
