Young Indian inventors, esteemed as the nation's best, are preparing to showcase their prowess in STEM racing at the World Finals held during the Singapore Grand Prix.
STEM Racing India Nationals 2025 Concludes with Apex Racing as National Champions
The 7th Season of the STEM Racing India Nationals, the world's biggest STEM competition previously known as F1 in Schools, has come to a thrilling conclusion. This year's event, supported by Formula1 and organized by STEMplify, brought together 90 dynamic teams of students from across India to design, build, and race miniature Formula 1 cars.
The competition, which aligns with India’s National Education Policy (NEP), aims to develop 21st-century skills through a hands-on, future-ready learning format. It was held in an electrifying atmosphere that fostered innovation, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving.
The national champions of STEM Racing India Nationals 2025 are Apex Racing, followed by Team Supercharged as the First Runner-Up and Impetus Racing as the Second Runner-Up.
In addition to the overall winners, several special category awards were presented to recognize diverse talents and strengths. Nightmares were named the Knockout Champion, Team Phoenix received the Best Team Identity award, Manifester won the Best Verbal Presentation award, Team Roar was recognized for Best Project Management, and Maverick Motors earned the Sustainability Award. Team Doppler won both the Best Engineered Car and Best Use of Technology awards.
These winning teams will now represent India at the global STEM Racing World Finals, held alongside the Singapore Grand Prix. This international competition is the world’s largest STEM event of its kind, where students from different countries showcase their innovation and technical skills on a global stage.
